We guarantees that your order will be processed within 2 business days and generally on the same or next business day.
All orders must be prepaid unless authorized by us.
All out of stock orders can be postponed until available or credited upon client's request by email. Even though we will make every effort to maintain inventory of every product for sale on the website, back orders may happen. In this event, we may communicate an estimated availability and shipping date of shipment, may cancel the order of the out-of- stock item, hold shipment of entire order until the product is available, or make a partial shipment of the in-stock item first and the out-of-stock items when available.


Shipping Method

PO Boxes and Military addresses

We will ship to PO Boxes ad Miliary addresses by using USPS.


Damaged shipment

The customer is responsible to check the integrity of the received package in front of the shipping carrier. If there is damage, the customer is responsible to report the damage to the shipping carrier and to communicate damage to ChiroMart within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. We will contact the shipping company for inspection of the merchandise box and will then issue credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise or will be replaced depending on the agreement between the purchaser and us.


Returns

We will refund any unopened merchandize if returned within 15 days of shipping reception. Return shipping must be prepaid and will not be refunded. A 15% restocking gee will be applied to authorized returns received after 15 days and a 25% restocking fee will be applied to unauthorized returns. Products cannot be returned after 30 days. Please contact customer service to have a return identification number.
If you encounter any order inaccuracy, please contact us at 305 752 6060 You might be asked to send the unopened merchandise back to the origin address. Shipping cost will be refunded. The accurate order will be shipped back within the next 48 hours of package received.
